Germantown Friends School Lantern Festival, PA
On Saturday October 21st 2017, Germantown Friends School, PA, held their inaugural community lantern-parade, to culminate the yearly Fun-Day celebration. After months of planning, lantern building and preparations, the event was a tremendous success, and paved the way for an annual celebration of light. Workshops were held with faculty and staff, students from K-12th grade, community members and the John B. Kelly School.
