In February 2016, Allen Brook School in Williston VT, hosted their first school-wide lantern parade and created luminaries reflecting the theme of Winter’s Peace. Students from Pre-K through 2nd grade participated in the procession, which culminated with cocoa and cookies back at the school.

In March I will be artist-in-residence at the Ferrisburgh Elementary School in Ferrisburgh, VT. Each student in school will be making an age-appropriate lantern and a community workshop will held on Saturday March 14th.
