Arts Integrated Residency at the Integrated Arts Academy
In May of 2016, I was artist-in-residence at the Integrated Arts Academy in Burlington VT. Working with both 1st grade classes,we integrated visual art with math and social studies while looking at the art and architecture of Antoni Gaudi. The students explored shape, form and patterns in nature, and created some beautiful mosaics which will be displayed in the school later in the year.
